


1. Installation of the Oil Storage Tank
Lift the oil storage tank onto the supporting frame and secure it;
Install the butterfly valve, manifold (or bellows), and gas relay on the main pipeline of the oil storage tank;
Lead the exhaust pipe and the filling/draining oil pipes downward to a height convenient for operation, and install reliable sealing valves.
2. Routine Oil Filling
Open the oil filling and exhaust valve, fill oil from the oil inlet of the storage tank (or transformer body); after a certain amount is filled, the oil level gradually rises until oil flows steadily from the exhaust port, then close the exhaust valve.
(1) Adjusting the Oil Level — If the oil level is too high, drain oil from the filling/draining port of the storage tank (or transformer body); if the oil level is too low, add oil directly from the filling/draining port of the storage tank (or transformer body).
(2) When in operating condition — Close the exhaust valve and the oil filling valve.
